Michael has been practicing law for ten years and has vast working experience with local and international organizations. Before starting Bermic as a full-time legal practitioner, Michael worked for Major Attorneys in Dar es Salaam for two years. Before being admitted as advocate, he had a one-year internship at KPMG Tanzania and BRELA respectively.

At Bermic, Michael leads the overall position responsible for provision of retainer/long term legal services to NGOs, societies, corporates and individuals. He has practical experience in the operations of companies (local and international) especially on legal and fiscal framework compliance requirements, developing and reviewing organizational policies especially those relating to human resource management, safeguarding antibribery, anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing policies among others.
